Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council is a body of parishioners which advises the pastor and helps make decisions regarding the pastoral needs of the parish. Through prayer, information, education and dialogue, the Council seeks to help discern what the Holy Spirit is calling our community to do in such areas as the education of our children and adults, worship, prayer and spirituality, social justice and outreach, pastoral care, stewardship, evangelization and community building.
Mission Statement
In order to achieve our vision we will concentrate on four areas of Parish Life. We will listen prayerfully to the Word of God and let it take root in our hearts and minds so that we may grow in holiness.

- We will make every effort to help and encourage our catechists. We will provide them with the materials they need and sponsor their attendance at courses and seminars, so that they may teach the young with joy and confidence.
- We will celebrate the Liturgy joyfully and with reverence so that all may understand and feel included. We will update ourselves by attending courses on the Liturgy and will help and encourage one another by being open to evaluation.
- We will reach out to one another in our community so that we may share the love of Jesus Christ. We shall also bring that love to the un-churched, the alienated and disadvantaged here in Dunstable and in other lands.
- We will recognise, empower and enable the talents of all within our community so that they may serve God and those who are in need.
