A charity bike ride around the perimeter of the Northampton Diocese is taking place in August this year.

 Led by Milton Keynes parishioner, Anna Kearns the cycle ride will be supporting the charity Baby Basics.

The ride is estimated to take thirteen days covering a huge area of the Northampton diocese across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and parts of Berkshire north of the river Thames.

Baby basics are a voluntary organisation supporting Mothers and families who are struggling to meet the financial and practical demands of a new baby. Baby basics have a particular care for young mothers and those seeking asylum. Click here to sponsor the ride and donate to Baby Basics 

My journey starts on 15^th August and I have attached an itinerary showing the parishes I plan to go through/near and I would be really grateful if you could offer a place to stay or suggest campsites in the local area. If you would be interested in cycling a section, helping transport equipment, sponsorship I would be eternally grateful. At the moment it is just me, my bike and all my gear tackling the 584K!
